Editorial Procedure

The standard procedure PAMJ adheres to before a manuscript is published follows this standard sequence:

  1. The corresponding author (CA) sends the manuscript by mail to PAMJ. A face letter should introduce the topic discussed and its relevance in the contemporary clinical arena. E-mail address of the CA should be included in this face letter.

  2. PAMJ will notify the CA that his manuscript has been received, was given a serial number, and will be sent for review.

  3. The reviewers’ decision will be relayed to the CA. If accepted for publication, the CA will make necessary modifications and send the manuscript back to PAMJ.

  4. The Editorial Office will send galley proofs to the CA for a final and careful review before being sent to press. No major changes such as deleting sentences or shortening or expanding them in the text will be accepted at this time
